California Life Coach Announces Two New Events

Results Oriented Innovation, a business and life coaching business in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA, is proud to announce that they have scheduled two new interpersonal skills events this month.

The Color Code Interpersonal Skills Workshops will be held at the end of the month, with one being online - Thursday, October 29, 2015 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM (PDT) - and the other in-person - Saturday, October 31, 2015 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (PDT) in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA.

"Our events are all about improving communication, which can help in both your career and your relationships," says Denise Needham, founder of Results Oriented Innovation. "We show people not just what they do, but also why they do it. Hence, they are empowered to gain a deeper and more useful insight into themselves and those around them."

The Color Code personality test is the foundation for the events and the test has been proven to be very beneficial in improving relationships, be they professional or personal. Additionally, it is designed to give people insights into their own strengths and limitations. This knowledge can then be applied to improve their overall life.

Life coach Denise Needham provides each workshop particpant a fully customized report that analyzes their individual personality. Additionally, they will be able to access various bonus tools in order to help them to enhance their personal development. This includes a full report describing the individual's personality, strengths and limitations, traits, and secondary colors. Further, these workshops help participants understand motivations and how to better communicate with people in their lives.

During the two workshops, participants will learn how to increase their interpersonal skills using the Color Code theory.

"The Color Code Personality Assessment is unique for several reasons," adds Needham. "First, it goes deeper than mere personality - it identifies motive - why you do what you do. Secondly, the Color code is easy to use and implement. Rather than having to memorize a string of letters or numbers like some assessments, the Color Code uses colors to represent Driving Core Motives. The comment we hear most frequently is how easy the Color Code is to put into practice."

Interested parties are encouraged to visit ROI's website at resultsorientedinnovation.com, or register for either the virtual or in-person event.
